3rd Row Seat doesn't stay up well when folded forward.

My 2007 Tahoe's 3rd row seat (there are two...the row is split) is the kind that the back will fold down and the you can tilt the seat up to make room in the back. The seat locks in the upright standing position, but, I think it needs some ****** or something because the latch that olds it up seems a little weak and sometimes the seat will slam down.

Any help?
