4/6 drop ?? 26in rims recommend ??

My rear seems to be lower then the front ? Do you guys think if I remov all the spacers (rings )off the front shock will even out the hight ? Also I'm looking at custom 26s billet rims raceline or intro rims . Wat do u recommend lip size ,offset, back spacing, Size tires ? I just want to tuck tires . Really hate wheel gap !!!
