5 to 6 lug wheel spacers

I'm thinking about putting some z71 wheels on my 5 lug 2 door Tahoe, and I was just wondering how reliable do ya'll think the 2 inch 5 to 6 lug spacer is. It seems a bit sketchy to me, but I'm just wondering if anyone of ya'll have done it and weather ya'll like it or not. Let me know. Thanks

I've heard DONT DO SPACERS many times on here so I would say don't risk it.

I've used them in the past on other vehicles with no problems, but I know several people who used them and DID have problems. My brother used some on a RWD Monte Carlo and had one of the lugs in the spacer strip out to where it was just spinning when he went to take the wheel off. He had to get it chiseled off with an air chisel .
