6.0 Liter conversion

This is my first forum, and I am the annoying new guy that cant find anything.
I have an 03' Z71, 5.3 with 190k on it. When this engine gives up I thought maybe it would be cool to put a 6.0 liter in it. Anybody talk about that somewhere in this forum? I need some direction please. Thanks all! Looks like this will be a very helpful and fun place to learn.

Welcome to the forum... Although you posted in the wrong section, I'll just let you know that a 6.0L swap is pretty straight forward. The 5.3L and 6.0L are pretty much identical motors. Only thing that you would need to change is the PCM tuning and slightly larger fuel injectors. Other than that, its just like putting the original motor in- all sensors, mounts, exhaust, etc will bolt right on...
