Yes 100%.
Does it have and Egr ? And is yours drive by cable or wire ?

The 6.0 is a drop in and go.
The easiest is to use your intake and exhaust manifolds. The 6.0 routs a few things differently but no big deal it all fits.
I just did the LQ9 a few weeks ago. It was extremely easier than I thought. And fired up and ran great right away

did it fit exactly on the transmission bolt , i think i have the 4l60e trans did you use the 5.3 ecm or the 6.0 dcm?

I used only the 6.0 block and heads and swapped over my exhaust manifolds and intake and accessories. I used everything from the 5.3 on the 6.0 even used the 5.3 Ecm. I up graded my tranny to the 4l65 but yes it lined up fine. I researched for a year to make sure I had everything I needed but there was no need. It's a quick and easy swap. It took me two days but spread over two weekends and I did motor and tranny.
