6L80 Swap

Does anyone have any info on swapping a 6L80 into an 07-08? I've searched quite a bit and haven't found much. What all is required to accomplish the swap? Is it as simple as getting a tranny and TCM?

There is a guy on ebay that sells a full plug and play kit.
I have not used it or done the swap my self.
Right now I'm just hoping our 4l60e holds up for a while as I don't have the cash or time to change a trans.
