please all that have expierence with this swap share your comments
Im purchasing in the next two weeks a 1995 tahoe 2door as i have always liked theese trucks but was never in a position to aquire one do to always having other cars.Im seeing that the 99/00 denali /escalade conversion is the most popular due to the fact its basically a direct bolt on approach if you have all the parts,is this the case? what is the difference if any other then the grill between the denali/escalade front end?
i am partial to be honest to the newer escalade front end i believe 07+ is the body im refering to which is 2 styles after the 99/00 bs.I understand with this conversion there is extensive bodywork involved with installation as far as grafting the fenders etc.please share more.i know there are parts available however if the newer bs escalade is entirely too difficult i will just stay with the older 99/00 conversion instead to simplify the conversion for me and my pockets. Thanks to all im new to this forum and looking forward to all the help or suggestions you have.thanks

Yup direct bolt-on you need the fenders, hood, bumper and support, headlights and front turn signals, some kind of fender flares if u want them? stock wont work since u have a 2dr and the rear bumper would look great too

Those are the oem nali/esky ones, best bet is to find one in a junkyard and buy all the parts off that, most likely they will be all oem, LMC sells the bumpers, hood, and fenders but there not cheap might be another place online not too sure

The flares and bumper are off a 99-00 Denali, not sure how he modded them to fit that 2dr was a member on here but sold the truck, mines the 4dr, you can do the front end and rear bumper and just get some aftermarket fender flares

Its all bolt-on only issue you will have is if you do not use the factory or some aftermarket front fender flares you will see some holes where those attach not a huge deal can fill em or use aftermarket ones front and rear
