My Tahoe is lifted on 32" tires right now, I might go 33" when they wear out but not much bigger than that. Right now it has 3.42s, what do I need to gear it at? What year truck should I be looking for to get a 14 bolt SF that will bolt in, and finally what diff options are there for the front diff? I would like to do a locker in the back and a posi up front

They shouldnt be a problem. Alot of peopel would say go up to 3.73 but you can use the. Now if you go to 35s you will need atleast 4.10s

I was going atleast 4.11. It has 3.42s now and the trouble of swapping wouldn't be worth it for going to a 3.73. I would ultimately love to find a 14 bolt 6 lug semi floater with a factory locker and 4.11 gears. Then I'll drop the front diff and regear it to 4.11 from 3.42. My question is, does anyone make a posi for the front factory differential and exactly what year vehicle do I need to pillage for the correct width bolt in 14 bolt?

no options for a traction aid for the front, if you find one...avoid it as the carrier is not tough enough to support the added stress. It is weak cast aluminum

As for gears, depends on future plans. Gear is a big cost regardless of self install or not. Do it once and do it right. if you go to a 35, at least a 4.56 gear. If staying with 33s, do a 4.10
