96 tahoe back windows

My back windows are pretty annoying when it comes to going up/down.. but the worst part is that they only drop about 3 inches.. Am i mistaken or is that as far as they actually go? Is there a way to make them go farther? even if 2 more inches?

The track the window guides roll in rust and hang up, pull the door apart and clean it up and grease it.

My back windows don't go down at all in my tahoe

You should get more than 3 inches but just not all the way down of course.

Basically good for venting and relieving claustrophobia in back seat passengers, but old fat men aren't climbing in or out of them. ;-)

its the design of the door. The tahoe has a shorter wheel base then the suburban. so the wheel well is integrated into the door. my back windows barely go down half way. you will wont find a tahoe with windows that go completely down
