Your question is a bit confusing.

Are you wondering why "if the recirc button is pushed why is it still drawing air from the outside?"

Yes with the ac off,, I still have outside air coming through the vents. Even with the recirc air pushed. Its quite warm so I assume its the Arizona outside air. This is my second 2 dr Tahoe and it happened on the last one as well. AC blows cold when on. On warm nites when ac isn't needed to roll down the windows and still have warm air blowing on you from the vents is frustrating. Does this clarify

I think the term "AC" is creating confusion. If I replace "AC" with "fan", then your question makes more sense.

First make absolutely certain that the recirc door is moving. You know where it is? Does the air coming out sound different when you switch between recirc and fresh?

I suspect that the door is stuck in the "fresh" position but then again, this is all conjecture until we clear up some of the terms being used. :)

unknown at this time.
Where exactly do you feel this air coming from? Believe there is a TSB out for that issue. Specifically which vents or area of cab if not from the vents?

While sitting in the front, passenger seat with your legs stretched out, the door will kinda be above your right foot.

Look in that area and you'll see a grated intake. That is where the HVAC fan pulls the air from inside the cabin. You should see/hear that door actuate when the button is pressed.

I pulled off the blower and closed the door. Had to use some gorilla tape cause it wouldn't stay shut. But feels like it blows a lot cooler. Thanks for the help guys.
