98 Yukon 5.7 with zz4 cam problems

Just did an engine swap with new 350 and new vortec heads on my 98 Yukon 5.7, my uncle gave me a ZZ4 cam shaft he wasn't using. We re-used the intake tighten the rockers a half turn past no lash. The truck will idle down upon starting but then will rise right after and the truck surges when in gear with break helled. So with that and just didn't seem to have any power hopeing someone out there knows a fix. Please help

Almost sounds like a vacuum leak.
