99-00 Escalade Fuel tank straps

So...........

Replacing fuel pump on the escalade, and the straps were rusty and had to be broken off (thanks canada).

Except now I can't seem to find replacement straps.

You would think they'd be easy since its the same as the Denali of the same year and a couple other trucks, but apparently they did something a little weird where normally its just 2 straps, but in this case 1 of the straps has an extra tiny strap that bolts onto the main strap.

The T portion of the strap also seems to mount on the cross member and the bolt end goes into the frame, where as usually it mounts on the other way.


Short of making my own straps, does any one have any ideas or resources? The only place that seems to make aftermaket straps is Spectra Premium and they list nothing for the Escalade/Denali and I believe a couple years of the tahoe around the same time.

Mines a 2000.

It seems like they just DON'T exist. Spectra Premium doesnt make any.

I bought some straps for a 97, and with some custom hardware, I should be able to make them fit.

There's just literally nothing out there about them info wise, Im really surprised Im the first to run into this problem.

And yeah, discontinued from the dealer.
