Wife's 99 2dr 4x4 Tahoe has been a money pit. We've put loads of new parts into it and I'm fed up with the 246 transfer case not working properly ( I don't want any suggestions as to how to fix it I'm done with 4x4). She wants to keep it as everything else is as she wants it. 1 of the wheel bearings is bad and I've done enough research to know that the 4x4 hubs have to have the axle nut holding the bearings together. So will a 99 and new NBS 2wd 6-lug hub bolt on and retain my just been replaced rotors and ceramic pads?

No, all you can really do is buy a 2wd transmission and rear driveshaft. But all the 4wd components will still be on the front. Would be way too costly to convert front end to 2wd.

Much easier to just get a manual shift transfer case and swap it out
