99 denali no taillights after dark!!

99 Yukon denali auto taillights not working

For some reason my taillights are on all day and turn off at night?? I had a out turn signal but replaced it and nothing changed. I can't use my brights after dark ether without turning lights on manually but even turned on taillights stay off at night... Fog lights I leave on and turn on a dusk I don't get it?

Have you checked your fuse box for a blown fuse? And do your headlights turn on automaticly when dark?
