99 obs Denali lift

So new here to Tyf site and my first Yukon, worked on quite a few obs trucks n suv's just never owned one, anywho..... Brings me to a few questions for who might know have delt with this. ( I'll post a pic of the xmember)
It has a 6" superlift on 35" the problem I'm having is the crossmember is held on by a "J" link sorta from the factory location upper inside frame rail, to the "hanging" crossmember that holds the torsion-bars.. Has a getto safety link( 12awg wire) holding it as-if it'll do something if I lose a bolt. I'm thinking of fab'n up a bracket to mount directly to the frame rail and this xmember. This lift safe as-is or??

Question two, I wanna ditch the blocks in the reAr and throw some ord shackle flips, but my rig isn't listed, I know a lot of these are the same and haven't gotten out and actually measured some other truck and/or burb rear rails. So will this http://offroaddesign.com/catalog/shacklekit.htm part#GU48010 or ?

Thanks

Well first post got deleted eaither by mods or idk, but got out this morning and got some pictures of what I was trying to explain, it's a 99 obs Yukon 1/2ton 6" superlift with a fair amount of miles on the lift. My worries are the xmember at question because every other lift (ifs) mounts the xmember directly to the frame with a bolt/weld on tab. This one uses a "j" bracket from factory mount (upper inside frame rails) to lower the xmember to where it sits. It's super loose with like ( 1/4") play side to side and I feel this is u healthy, I've ordered new bushings as these ones look whooped but it still looks a little under-engineered for the weight of the truck? Any info would be cool if someone's ran this and had or not had problems. Thanks.

Here's a link to a few pictures of the link in question, lmk if it works

Yeah it didn't show any text in it this am when I checked it

i would try the new bushings first and if still an issue then contact superlift again.

Yeah I mean I figure they engineered it for its purpose.. Just doesn't look addiquit but I also over-engineer most stuff I build so we'll see how it rides once the bushing get here.

Another question for the rear, I wanna ditch the blocks, anyone know done a ord shackle flip on these? Will the 88-98 truck work? I haven't had a chance to get out and measure, been cleaning n double checking all the things under her, here's a link it's part# GU48010

Like sunlit said, swap the bushings and see what happens. Next option is but a spare from Rough country or some one and use theirs
