99 Tahoe a/c problems? Need help

I have a 99 2d Tahoe. The blower works great but the air is cool but not cold and even on full blast will not cool the vehicle and so it's still an oven in the back where my little girl sits. Anyone know if it would be a charge issue or something. Any help would be great.

I'm not sure since it's a 2d. How do I find out

Another thing is I would think the ac should be getting colder is not very cold at all

Does sound like low on refrigerant when it blows cool and not cold. You should be able to see controls to turn on rear a/c at the dash but I bet since is a 2 door it is not. I would add a 14 oz. can and see what it feels like but don't sit there and try to add 2-3 cans thinking if one is better then more will be. Report back after adding the can.
