99 Tahoe Safe

Hi all,

I recently purchased my 99 Tahoe. I love it! The interior is all stock except for the stereo. I hate the center console and would like to change it or something. I have seen some of the things you all have done and I have some ideas.

Has anyone mounted a safe in the console or under the seat? I have been looking for one but haven't been able to find anything for older then 2000.

Welcome to the family, I love my '99 Hoe as well. Not sure what your console is like.. mine's Long with a small tv and VCR in it.. It's all soon to go away as well! lol.. As for mounting a safe.. It's a possiblity. Just have to fab up something to mount... and make/create a console to go over/around it. If your crafty enough, you can make something. As for just bolt in, not too sure. Never thought of adding one honestly. I'm sure someone around here has or thought of it!
