Where is the A/C drain located, that likes to get clogged and results in that "water noise" inside after startup, when cold?

Not aware of a water noise after startup - but these do get clogged. Mine continues to be a problem. There is a drain by the passengers side firewall. Its a small rubber tube - 90 degree angle on it. You can reach into the pass wheel area and get to it - rather than crawling under the truck.
