Okay, I'm trying to get the evap out have all kinds of things pulled apart and still unable to pull the evap and housing out. Is there a bolt on the inside below the windshield? I removed all from the engine side firewall. Also do i need to pull the steering wheel out? I have it all loose and the dash resting on it but think it needs to lower more. This on a 99 yukon with tilt steering wheel.

Am i pulling the assembly up and out or down and out? How far does the dash roll up? I have it a few inches rolled back but seems to be hitting the steering wheel.
