So heat is always on in my car at the feet.
Anyways my temp actuator is shot in front.
I manually switch the door to hot/cold, depending on the season.
I switched it to hot and now heat is always blowing at my feet.
When I hit the circle to turn off the a/c, heat.

RPMs have a role to play it heat strength.
Higher RPMs Harder the heat blows.

Any input would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what you are asking, are you saying that the fan speed is messed up as well as the hot/cold actuator door?

I actually have a similar issue, I think. My 2 vents on the passenger side only blow heat, no matter what temp the system is set to. However, all other vents operate as normal.
