So ever since I got my '97 Hoe, about 2 years ago, there doesn't seem to be alot of volume coming out of the dash vents. Some people have told me, "thats just how some chevy's are." I don't buy it. I have checked and all the levels on the switch do work and change (Low-High), and you can hear the blower going, (also replaced it as well). I have had two different people tell me they had problems with an actuator that opens the vent doors located under the dash right above the tranny hump. Has anyone ever experienced this problem. I do NOT have rear air, f.y.i. Thanks for any help.

Sorry I forgot to mention, I did pull the evap down a little and sprayed it out with a nozzle on a water hose!

I have the same problem, '97 Tahoe 2 door, and I was wondering the same thing. All different fan speeds work, but I don't get a lot coming out. I was wondering the same thing... Just too busy working on everything else right now
