a/c on and off

My ac on my 2003 tahoe works on and off. My compressor is running fine just seems to be a short to the blower. I can slam my door sometimes it will turn on but then back off as i am driving. Its been a problem for awhile now but has gotten much worse as of late. Anyone know what I can try to fix this? I know if i take it someplace i will get ***** on the price. Please help. Rear ac blows fine just the front.

blower motor resistor, wiring is probably corroded to hell

my nali blower fan completely stopped working, started digging it and found the resistor a nice pretty green, replaced it got everything working again

didnt replace the semi corroded wiring though cause i had a prior engagement to get to so every once in a while it will kick out on me but will come back on in a short time
