Most of you know I had some a/c issues a few weeks ago, I had to replace the main hose, condensor, Y-pipe, accumulator/drier, orfice, hoses that run front to rear, rear evaporator, rear expansion valve. So $1480.00 later my a/c is blowing around 60 degrees. Its been hovering around 40 degrees for the last month but yesterday was the first hot day (85 degrees).
I stopped by the shop yesterday after work, even though it was nearly closing time and a few were still waiting for their car's the shop ownwer pulled out a UV light and began checking for leaks. After a few minutes he couldnt find anything. He pretty much said its cause its hot outside but that is BS, it was only 85. Whats gonna happen when its hovering around 100!
Any idea's of what it can be? The compressor is the only thing ( I think) thats not replaced. Im gonna bring the truck back to him tuesday morning when he has time to actually see what the eff is going on!
