Wouldnt it blind people just as much as a regularly lifted truck? just a question, because even if i raised the back end the headlights would still be much higher than normal

no not really. A lifted truck the light is still angled toward the ground, even though it is higher. Its still not direct in oncoming traffic eyes. A truck with a lean in the rear, the headlights are now more angled up so now its like getting high beamed in the face.

Why anyone would think this looks good is beyond me.

But, you also have black painted stockers and 10k HID's.

Explains a lot.....
