A little overhead console help please

So using descriptions and diagrams i purchased what I was lead to believe was a home link overhead console from gmpartsdirect and it gets here and it's dirty and scratched up and I can't even identify what that button is, it clicks and stays forward until it's released, any ideas what it is guys?

I just emailed there customer service, I'm not lookng for a return just want the right parts. And I may be mistaken but I though the overhead consoles were all grey why is this tan?

It's for the electric rear door hatch. You don't have home link. home link has three buttons close together.

This is my overhead console. Do you see the three buttons near the Passenger Airbag sign? I got this overhead console on eBay for 60 bucks shipped used. I just Plasti-Dipped it.

Yeah I'm familiar with the homelink. was just trying to order it since my Tahoe didn't come with it. I'm just annoyed that a part described as overhead console w/ garage door opener, w/o sunroof, w/o power hatch. would come without the homelink, and with the hatch. I've never really had good luck with GM parts direct

Return the item and specify that you did not get what was advertised and to make it right. I would even ask for a serious discount.
