About a month ago I started to notice that when I would turn into my driveway the brake pedal would push back and the ABS light would come on. This is happening on Dry pavement at about five mph while turning left. I tested it out in a parking lot and it only does it as I turn left, not right or straight. I replaced the left drivers side wheel bearing with the new sensor wire about 2 years ago. Sometimes the light goes off after just a few seconds and sometimes it stays on as your driving for long periods of time. The truck is a 2000 tahoe 4x4 with 247000 mi. This is happening in the 4x2 setting, I have not tried it in 4x4 or auto. The truck does not get backed into a lake and is Never driven off road. Any advise would be great, Thanks.

I had the same problem on my Jimmy. I replaced both hubs and they had new sensors. two years later the abs would kick on and I'd be out in the middle of an intersection. One of my sensors were bad. The way you check it is take the tire off and unplug the sensor. Turn the hub and use a multimeter to see how much juice is coming out of it. I don't remember how much but if nothing shows up it's bad for sure.
