ac blowing

Can I stop the blower from blowing when off. No matter what it blows even when off.

Do you mean its just blowing alittle air whwn off? My,ride does that, n almost every car,i have does too. Its just alittle for me tho, not really on persay, but blows air thru when moving. Is that whats going on? Or actually still on?

Mine does the same as well. It can still feel it "blow" when the ac is not even on. If I do not turn it on when I first crank the truck, it doesn't do it.
