My AC will blow cold and once every 10 times i try to turn my AC up to blow on high it wont blow any harder. Is my switch just bad or is there something else i should be looking for?

I had a similar problem this spring. I went to recharge my a/c and the whole blower shut off for 2 days, lo - hi, NOTHING at all. And I mean LITERALLY as went to recharge it. Turned the truck on it was working, shut the truck off and popped the hood, connected the cannister and nothing. Waited 2 days and the blower came back on and hasn't shut off since. No idea what caused or resolved it.

Ive kind of had the same problem in my 96 Tahoe. One day I flicked the air down to low from hi and it felt like the switch wasnt alligned with the markings. Now its kind of random and when its on off it blows on low and on low it can be off or it might keep blowing on low. And then the middle and hi it blows on hi sometimes and sometimes on middle setting. I assume its the switch but it doesnt really bother me that much. It has a new pattern to it but its confusing so Ill just leave it at that. Hah

More then likly you need a new HVAC control panel. Mine has the same issues, sometimes the blower motor won't work, then I flick the switch on the panel and it'll come back on, more then likely a faultly switch.
