I was just messing around with my truck banging my head against the wall with this a/c.

I just noticed the line going to the too if the drier is ICE cold while the drier is cold as best. Raise the idle and it cools rite down but its still not as cold as the liine comming into it. Is this normal?

Also, shouldnt the compressor cycle on & off? Mine stays on constantly.

I'm pretty sure that's normal operation. The compressor should stay on as long as there's a demand. It's still not working?

In the last week and half I replaced the heater bypass valve, had an electric fan installed, had the system evacuated, vaccumed & recharged, along with cleaned the front evaporator and sealed the condensor to the radiator. All this is it only got a little better. There is still something drastically not rite. Dont know whats gonna happen when its in the high 90's!
