Adding Android Auto or Waze? Will this work in a 2017 LT??

I heard that there is a way to get my phone sync'd with my display(I do not have navigation now, except for OnStar).

Is there a way to get my phone screen nav to show up on my dash screen, using Android or Waze? Either wireless or I can use a Usb, or whatever will work.

Wondering if I am missing something here.

unless there is some kind of software update that the dealer can install then I don't think so, certainty not wireless, wireless has barely just hit the aftermarket headunits

Waze works with iPhone and CarPlay.

Waze works on your Android phone and Android Auto.
Just plug it into one of the USB ports. It should have Android Auto on the screen with in a few seconds.
I use Waze everyday. I am assuming you have the larger 8" screen. If you don't have the larger screen it may not work.
