Adding seatbelt chime to 2003 Tahoe

I know most people want to learn how to remove the chime but I need to find out how to get the chime to go off as I'm driving. My son takes my car out sometimes and I want to make sure he wears his seat belt. I know the 2005 tahoe does it, so could I put the bcm of a 2005 tahoe in my 2003 to make it work?

I know, I learn some new function on mine every day...chime goes thru the radio and on/off or even the volume of it can be changed.
