Does anyone know of a successful individual or classaction lawsuit brought against GM for the failed Active Fuel Management (AFM) displacement on demand (DOD) 5.3 engine?

Might be a tough sell for a lawsuit for a "feature" that they were "compelled" to include...

Not really sure how they were able to skirt the DOD / AFM failure issue on this Gen full size truck without recalls.
I’m sure there have been attempts at class actions but not aware of the specifics. If I seem calm and nonchalant, it’s just because I have the one year only non AFM 6.2L L9H.

I'm just so surprised that will all of the issues the GM appears to have with the DOD/AFM that they have not had a lawsuit or at least a recall.
