Aftermarket stock-looking lug nuts that aren't the cheap chrome cover?

As you should know, the 'chrome' lug nuts on the Tahoes are just a shiny stamped steel cover that is molded over a steel lug nut. After the gorillas at the department shop, or tire stores get done with beating them up with their impact wrenches, those covers come loose. Eventually, you end up with lug nuts that are missing the covers, and since they are a smaller size than the nut with the cover, they won't fit the OEM wheel tool, so you'll never get a flat changed when on the road.

Does anyone know of a better (meaning chrome plated steel, instead of the cheesy metal covers) lug nut that can be used that still looks like OEM? I'd like to keep the OEM look, while still keeping the PPV steel wheels snuggly-attached to the truck. Thanks.
