alignment question...99 Tahoe

I lowered my 99 Tahoe and went to get an alignment and the guy said it had never been aligned before and need something knocked out, said he had to remove the UCA to do it.

this sound right?

pics of said knock out plug?

Yea. That sounds about right.
Had the same issue years ago. If my memory is correct there is a plate where the UCA bolt goes through. If the plate is in it won't allow you to adjust the camber.
I was told that some come from the factory knocked out and some don't. The UCA is punched but not knocked out.
That little gem ends up costing an extra bit on your first alignment.

i got it knocked out, just got to get it aligned now
