am i doing something wrong???

i put my 95 in neutral then put the 4x4 in 4low.when i need to return back to 2 hi,i cant.all it does is grind.i have to shut the truck off to make it happen.If i go to put the truck in park while in 4low it wont,it just grinds!!!wtf is going on? thanks for any help...

check the fluid
and that is weird
it shouldnt grind

No problem. I had seen your other thread but kept forgetting to check my fuse panel. Seen this thread so just took my ass outside to look.

Yeah, grinding is no good. Wouldn't mess with it 'till you figure out whats wrong.
