Ammo cans

Has anybody mounted ammo cans on their truck anywhere? (Like maybe in the back or on a rear gate) I'm wondering if there's any good place to mount one or two. Starting to get ideas for an offroad camper in the back of mine .. Obviously space will need to be used wisely.

Neither have I. It'd be a fun little project though. Any ideas on where you could? I'd think right at the back on either side of the door might look cool
