Annoying consol doors.

When we were looking at our new XL, we would not even consider the Denali because of the flip up doors in the consol. I mean, they will never be shut and are in the way when they are open. I like all the features a Denali has, but you can't get it with an open consol.
Am I the only one that feels this way.

My wife had a Volvo XC90 and it had the cupholder doors. I hated those things. After about 3 years if you decided to close it, it didn't match anymore because the rest of the console was faded.

can you not swap them out like the 07-14?

I don't love the other large opening with the 12v power... Seems like that should have a door and the cup holders should not.

I would bet you could swap them and I'm sure some SLT folks would want the denali look....

if you get a black interior I'll swap!!! I actually LOVE the doors, I like being able to close it.
