Well, I just finished replacing all of the lines on my Hoe, and rear cylinders, went on a test drive and get the old dreaded spongy brake pedal. At this point I think there is still air somewhere in the system so I will do a full system bleed again before I go too drastic.

On another note, My ABS has never worked, I bought the Hoe from a buddy who said the light was on and he just disconected the ABS motor and eventually the warning light burned out!! LOL, So I have no idea what is wrong with the ABS, and it doesn't matter to me either way, but could air have gotten in the motor when I had the lines off? Can I replace the motor with a simple proportioning valve? Is that advisable? I really don't want to spend the money to fix whatever is wrong with the ABS.

Thanks for reading

At this point I would do a reverse fluid injection "bleed". If it's still spongey after that fix or bypass the ABS stuff.
