another (is it my blend door actuator?)

On my esv my heat only works on 90, 89 and it will come out cold. Same when ac is on its the same from 60-89, I like the 70-72 mark but its basically the ac. Idk what this is or where to start off with. Basically during winter time either I have it on 90 at all timecause 89 is pretty much ac, and summer i can have it on 60 even though I can put it on 89 and it will still be ac cold. I found some info from here something about a air mix blend actuator. Since there are a more than one I wanna mame sure I get it right the first time.
