Another "will these fit?" thread

I've got an 05 z71 tahoe that is getting close to needing a tire change. I've got a buddy with a set of brand new GMC 18 wheels with new tires on them that he is trying to get rid of, so I'm thinking of picking them up. My question, if I decide to sell the stock tire and replace it with a more aggressive all terrain, what size tires will fit? I have a once inch lift and leveled front end.

275/70r18?
285/65r18?
295/60r18?

I think the largest size with the stock wheels is 295/70r16's. I'm guessing based off that the sizes above are what I should be looking for, but I'd like a second opinion. Thanks!

You have a 1" body lift and the front leveled, or just the front leveled 1"?
