My front passenger, is slowly starting to not being able to lock/unlock. It seems like it doesnt have enough power to move it, so thats why I think its the acuator. All my other ones work perfectly fine. I was wondering how hard it is to change out if anyone has done theirs? I've taken off all my door panels and changed out exterior and interior door handles, so I know how to get where its at, just not how to take it out. make sense? lol. I appreciate anyones input and help :Handshake:

i have the same problem on the drivers side. I dont think its the acuator, i think its the button itself. I tried taking it out and looking for anything unusual but nothing. My pop told me I need to replace the whole driver side control unit if I want that fixed.

pull your door panel off a lube up all the moving parts. You will be amazed at what difference that will make

Same problem here, only my driver side works. I can't unlock the passenger door with the unlock button on the driver side or with my alarm remote, so i constantly have to move over or open it from the other side. Funny thing is when i lock all the doors with the remote and lock button they lock. Make sense??

I'll have to try that out, would WD40 work?

I wouldn't use WD40. I would use the white lithium grease in the spray can.. That stuff is amazing and it comes with the little red straw so you can really get inside the door and go to town... It doesn't drip or run off either like the WD40 does. If that doesn't work, replace the actuator with a $5 aftermarket one, works the same.
