Any problem running these 17 X 8 wheels on my 13 suburban?

If they are OEM for your truck's year, I would not think that there would be an issue. You should check the offset for these wheels and confirm that they are the same or close to the OEM offset for the wheels for your truck.

Other folks on this Forum will chime in with their thoughts and perspectives.

From what I can see they will fit without any issue. The offset on them is 24 mm vs the 31 mm on the 22" x 9" wheels I have. They are 17" x 8" so with a 1/4 less offset and being 1" narrower they should fit just fine. going to grab them in a bit. Now I just need to find the correct TPMS sensors.

Try Rock Auto for the TPMS sensors, if you can wait for a few days for them to be shipped to you.

I have a set of TPMS sensors out of my 2016 wheels that I would part with fairly cheap. All 4 are working, but they aren't compatible with my 05 so I have no use for them.

Is there a way to confirm they will work with my 2013

Sure. Just look on rockauto and see what parts are listed. If it is the same AC Delco sensor for the two years it should work. I am fairly certain that they are the same.
