Anybody ever use black chrome paint?

I want to paint the chrome fender trim, the chrome trim on the molding and the Yukon symbol on the back chrome black. Yukon symbol on the back is optional as I may shave it now. Will eventually (next year or so) shave the body molding and fender trim, which is why I'm willing to experiment. I don't think the flat black look will look good on my truck which so I'm thinking of going with black chrome. Anyone ever use this stuff or have any suggestions?

I see some nice paints for professional painters but I'm looking for an aerosol. If i can find it in the store this weekend or next I'm gonna test it on a fender trim, that way if it turns out butt fugly I can replace pretty cheap and easy. I copped a set of fender flares but I gotta get them professionally painted to match my truck. I'm about to take my wheels off for winter to powder coat so flares ain't getting painted until at least spring.

Glossy black to match the truck, but I'm leaving the lip chrome. Well at least the 3 inches that's not pitting!! LOL

Yep my grill insert is painted with that duplicolor black chrome. Check out WHITEOUT's profile he painted his bumpers with it. The stuff sticks very well.

That came off real well on both trucks! I hope it comes off as well on a black truck. I'm gonna have to make a move quick cuz it ain't getting any warmer in the northeast.

I think they may have kits .
I was going to use it on a 64' Skylark Sport Coupe I was restoring a few years back . Finances put the "kabosh" on it and it had to go ,&^(^%( !
