Anybody know about making a high idle switch?

I was tuning my CB antenna in the 109* heat, with the truck idling to run the a/c. I looked down and saw my temp at a few ticks past 210, and revd the truck to about 1k rpm to pull more air across the radiator, (2001 5.3 Yukon, mechanical fan). It cooled off, but I was wondering if anyone knew how to make a high idle switch for these gassers for times that I need to idle and run the a/c? Thank you for your ideas!

Sounds like you need a custom tune for your truck to install electric fans!
