anybody with straight pipe videos

im thinking of getting rid of the muffler and putting on the tailpipe with a straight pipe. im not too sure about it though, i want to know what it would sound like.

anybody have a single straight pipe?

its going to be pretty loud and have a lot of drone. if your tahoe is your dd i wouldnt do it. listening to the noise gets pretty tiring after a while.

When I cut off my cats I started the engine before I welded the pipes in to see what it sounded like with straight pipes. It was ridiculously loud. It sounded pretty sweet, minus all the popping, but it's waaay too loud for a dd.

dont know my cousin has straights on his hoe.... but hes in sc and never drives it up so i dont know how loud it is

I took the cats off mine and removed the balance tube mine is annoying on slow downs pops the whole way. It still has the mufflers and I hate the sound new exhaust next week. My recommendation is to stick with the cats and mufflers if you want a more aggressive sound see about other mufflers. If you still go that route atleast an xpipe to help with the pops still may not help a lot.
