Thanks, I will try that. Order was placed on 4/13 and I have the build sheet from the dealer with the pricing at that time on it. It showed up on the chevy inventory site as in transit to my dealer and after comparing the window sticker and the dealer option listing I'm not convinced it has a heated steering wheel after all and there is no mention for a retrofit on the sticker. It says in the interior standard equipment section that all LT,RST,Z71 and premier will not include heated steering wheel (quote below is from the chevy site), and there is no credit or mention of retrofit or listing of the heated steering wheel on the sticker. I looked at an in transit High Country and it was listed in the interior section of the sticker. Not going to be happy if there isn't even a credit or retrofit. Might be why some are being shipped right after build, just leave what they don't have off all together. Won't know until I see it I guess.

"Heated steering wheel
  • Can turn on/off manually by pressing the button on the steering wheel
  • On LT, RST, Z71 and Premier, vehicles built on or after December 6, 2021 will not be equipped with heated steering wheel
  • Feature will not function on certain models without dealer retrofit, see dealer for details
  • Contact a dealer for details or check the window label for the features on a specific vehicle
  • May require additional optional equipment"
Does your sticker not mention the heated steering wheel at all?

Oh wow. Didn't know chevy chat would say the destination. All I ever get told is they can't tell me that and the dealer should be able to lol. Although I did just get a new event code from them 4300-delayed :/
How do you get an event code from the chat? Talk to an actual person? Or the chat bot?

No, it does not. It does not mention the heated seats either, front or middle (normally standard on a premier) but does mention the ventilation retrofit in the options. So do I have the heated seats, I'm not sure at this point. I looked at a High Country sticker and it had the wheel and seats listed in the standard options list. I'm going to see if the dealer will forward an "as built" sheet with the option codes.

Wow, seems like you may have gotten the last train out or something lol. I just talked to the Sales manager at my dealership since Chevy chat is absolutely useless and he says the vehicle is still in Arlington and is pending dispatch (whatever that means). But he also said he should know an ETA within the next week or so.
I’m hoping so, not holding my breath however…ha. Best of luck with yours!

I’m wondering this as well. Looks like mine was built yesterday, it just showed up on the dealer website in-transit. The chat bot just told me it had been produced but couldn’t give me an event code.
The salesman told me $70,315 a couple weeks ago when the order was accepted. Window sticker showed up at $72,665. We’ll see what they can do about that.

Couple points to try and help you out, the event codes are all over the place so I've kind of given up on them at this point. But if you really want it, chat with an advisor and not the bot and specifically ask for the event code. sometimes they will give it to you and other times they won't.
Second, the window sticker also reflects the destination price and I'm going to assume that's why it shows up at 72.6k, maybe one more add-on that the dealer may be putting on it.
