I have not seen that exact.. But it's prob from some stop leak stuff added to the system
at some point... Even maybe mixed with the desiccant from the receiver/dryer
You'll want to flush out any components your are reusing...

Weird looking for sure, but that crystal looking structure was in mine as well.
My ac worked fine, but i went through it while i had the engine out.
I had some noise that sounded like it was coming from the ac compressor.

So i did a new drier, and orifice tube while i was in there.

Also look for the screen and clean/inspect it.

The orifice replacement was close to the same design, looking like one of those rock candy lolly pops.

Could that be the material from the dryer/accumulator? Mine was spotless.
