anyone got a rear cargo cover? need measurements

i'm trying to have a box built for my 2004 tahoe, but I don't have a tape measure. anyone got this cargo cover?

i want my box to sit just below it so nobody can see what i got inside. i need the height from the bottom to just below it so i can cover my subs when im not driving.

If you dont have the cover just measure from the places it hooks up, to the floor. Then maybe -1"
