Anyone seen/used these LED headlights?

Just found these on a site I frequent. Wondering if anyone has used them before and if they are any good.

Those might be fine LEDs, but the pattern that your headlight will put out will be horrible. It's the same as using HIDs in your halogen housing.

^ What he said. Same concept as PnP HID kits...the placement of the diodes is not ideal for the halogen reflector. I bet these would be even worse than an HID kit because the LED's would be aimed at one specific area on the reflector...there would probably be wicked hot spots in the pattern.

Would you kindly ask them to provide you with the DOT certification they advertise?

I already contacted them and they told me they will get the DOT certificate from the manufacturer and forward it to me ... let's see what happens, if anything.

A vendor offered them on the prelude forum. I asked about them but didn't get any info besides they were legal..

And there's no way those bulbs are DOT compliant, and they're not going to the DOT for testing because the DOT does zero testing. What a bunch of nonsense.
