Anyone ship seats before?

I am shipping my bucket seats in exhange for a bench seat and wanted to know from those who have done this before how they shipped it? Boxes?wrapping? what the heck do I do and which is the best method with which to ship? UPS, Fedex?????

I'd wrap it and then ship it freight. Should run about $80-$100 if you drop it off at the freight hub, and then the person its going too picks it up at their local freight hub.

I have shipped them before, since I exchanged mine for buckets. Yours might be easier since they're buckets, but I had to ship bench seats. My dad and I used UPS and went to their store to buy some big boxes. We got the seats to fit inside a box but the flaps weren't big enough to close, so we had to cut other boxes and tape them on. We wrapped them in bubble wrap.

It took about an hour, but like I said you might find it easier since your seats are smaller. I'd recommend taking off the headrests, it makes the fitment easier. Be sure you swap the interior panel pieces that cover the brackets on the floor because your existing ones won't work with the new bench seat.
